• Registered your kit online.
• Taken your sample.

Why? Any significant delay can result in the deterioration of the sample, potentially affecting your results.

Step-by-Step Return Guide

1. Login to your Biostarks account at https://results.biostarks.com/welcome
2. Select the “return sample” button in the right sidebar:

1. Select between a single sample or multiple samples, click “NEXT”

1. Pick the correct kit ID from the drop down menu and click “NEXT”
